Applications:

It is a hot wind cycle drying oven (drying machine),  suitable for heating and solidification, drying and dehydration of raw materials in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, and heavy industry. The raw materials can be medicines of raw materials, Chinese traditional medicines, tablet of drink, immersed electuary, powder, granule, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dehydration vegetable, dried fruit and melons, banger, plastic resin, electric elements and drying varnish.

Working principle:

RXH series hot-air circle drying machine uses steam or electric heating air, then made a cycling dry with heated air. There is even dry and lower discrepancy of temperature difference in the each side of even. In the dry course of supplying continuously flesh air and discharging hot air so that the even might be in good condition and kept proper temperature and humidity.

RXH series hot-air circle drying machine is equipped with low noise flow fan and automatic temperature control system, The cycle system is fully sealed. It makes the hot efficiency increased from 3-7% of traditional oven to 35-45%. The maximum hot efficiency can be 50%. The successful design of RXH series hot air circle oven makes the hot air circle oven catch up the advanced level both at home and abroad. Features:

1) Most hot air is circled inside the oven. The heat efficiency is high. The energy source can be saved.

Specifications:

1) The heat source can be steam, electricity, infrared, or steam and electricity. Customer can select one of the heating methods in accordance with practical conditions.

2) Temperature of operation: 50-1,40°C for steam, maximum temperature will be 1,50°C

3) 50-3,50°C for electricity or infrared

4) There are automatic and computer control systems for customer selection

5) The normal steam pressure will be 0.02-0.8MPa (0.2-8kg/cm²)

6) The equipped power of electric heater will be 15kW (Model CT-C-I) and the operational power to will be 5-8kW/hr

9) If the operational temperature is more than 1,40°C or less than 60°C, please indicate it in your order

10) Drying trolley and tray are a standard size. They are interchangeable
